With the announcement on October 29 of a developer partner for Capstone, it has been fast forward for the Capstone Project Team. The team has been meeting regularly with Brad Remington Homes of Calgary to provide thorough input into the design features of Capstone's inaugural multi-family project.

As part of the development permit application process, the developer and City teams have been discussing design, access and egress, materiality, and the function of the community's soon-to-be newest condominium project, CAPSTONE PARK.

Capstone Project Manager, Cory Edinga is pleased with the amount of coordination between the City and the developer teams. "The Brad Remington team has really embraced the Capstone vision for a modern and walkable urban community and their response - CAPSTONE PARK - will be well appointed and designed, and fully considers its location along the Green Spine."

"This is a creative process for development," noted Brad Remington. "We are building the homes of CAPSTONE PARK for the next generation of Red Deerians and expect our development permit to be approved quickly which means we can start preselling homes. During this step, we are determining the aesthetic look and features of our building and are also making sure the building interfaces properly with the public realm, streets and services of the community."
