CACPC Jane's Walk, 10 - 11 AM at Canada 150 Square (5589 - 47 St)

Brought to you by The Central Alberta Crime Prevention Centre (CACPC), Jane's Walk is an annual festival of free, community-led walking conversations inspired by Jane Jacobs. These walks take place in hundreds of cities around the world and they encourage people to share stories about their neighbourhoods, discover unseen aspects of their communities, and use walking to connect with their neighbours. Capstone Cruise, 6 PM at Canada 150 Square (5589 - 47 St)

Join us for the Cap Cruise! Meet at Canada 150 Square and embark on a group exploration of Red Deer’s Waskasoo Park trail system, guided by local business owner Nathan Wheeler of Wheeler’s Bicycle Repair. All are welcome, whatever your skill level – fun comes first!  All you need is bike gear and a water bottle (helmets are required if under 18). The cruise will last approximately 1.5 hours with post-ride thirst quenching at Troubled Monk immediately following.
