Sept 26 - Yoga in the Square, 7 PM at Canada 150 Square
Inner peace awaits outdoors! Join us for our final yoga session of the season with Love Yoga Grace, which bring together strength training, long-hold postures and meditation to rejuvenate mind, body and soul. Remember to bring your own mat and props. In case of poor weather the class will be held in the Love Yoga Grace studio in Capstone at #5, 5579 47 St.
September 30 - BBQ Community Event, 11 AM - 4 PM at 5439 47 St in Capstone
Heritage Family Services & Elysian Ventures present the Reconciliation through Interconnectedness BBQ Community Event featuring a free BBQ, elder teachings, tipi raising, drumming, charity and bake sale, charity raffle and more. 100% of donations and proceeds from this event will go towards the Interconnect Housing Foundation non-profit charity.
October 6 - 8 (Thanksgiving weekend) - Capstone Fall Festival at Canada 150 Square

October 12 - Talking Places: Introduction to Placemaking, 7 PM - 8:30 PM at Scott Block Theatre (4816 50 Ave, Red Deer)
Capstone and the Red Deer Downtown Business Association invite you to join "Talking Places: Introduction to Placemaking" where we'll explore the concept of placemaking and share some practical strategies, tools and techniques to revitalize our community and make it more appealing, welcoming and exciting. This event is free to attend but space is limited, please RSVP to Kayla.Smith@reddeer.ca by October 10th.
